Fat Head Pizza Dough--Keto Pizza

3 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella
4 Oz. Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Cup Almond flour
2 Eggs
A Dash of Italian Seasonings and Garlic Salt

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F.

This recipe should fill a rectangular baking sheet and feed 4.
All toppings, veggies and meats, should be cooked prior to topping the pizza.

Chunk the cream cheese into a microwavable bowl with the mozzarella.
Heat for about 3 minutes on half power.

Mix.

If the cheese is too stringy, microwave for another minute.
Add almond flour and egg.

Mix.

Wet hands and press the dough onto Parchment Paper to fill the baking sheet.

Cook for a total of 12-14 minutes. After about 6 minutes, remove from the oven and puncture all bubbles with a fork. You are looking for a slight browning of the top of the crust.

Cover with toppings, cheese, and marinara, if desired.
Bake for an additional 6-8 minutes or until the cheese has melted or begun to brown.

Keto recipes on the web

I could flood this forum with recipes I like.
My favorite is Bacon wrapped Baked Salmon. Precook the bacon 7 minutes, use toothpicks, wrap it around the Salmon, bake 15 minutes more at 400. Pour the fat on the salmon and serve.
If you don't want the bacon fat, pour melted butter on it, my wife likes to dip her forked bites into a dish of butter.

We have snickerdoodle fat bombs every night for dessert (2). It's our ice cream.
We like neopolitan fat bombs too.
I put mct oil in my coffee, to help me stay in ketosis.
There's low carb burrito wraps that are high in fiber made by Mission and Toufayan.
Cauliflower mashed potatoes rocks.
Shirataki noodles suck.
Keto eggplant lasagna rocks
You can have as much pork rinds as you want, they are totally keto.
Put salt in everything. Keto takes away sodium.
Take a high quality vitamin
Get some fiber gummies. Keto is low fiber.
Avacados are 10 gr fiber, but you need 23g a day. 10 more g from gummies. Vita fusion makes no carb gummies.
Avocados are high in fat too. I try to have 1 with my lunch, if ripe.

This looks good! Not a huge fan of cream cheese but mixed in and with all the toppings sure it's not overwhelming?

I pulled my recipe out of the keto recipe box to compare.
That's a double recipe compared to mine.
That would be 4 tbsp.
Not overpowering.
I get a 10 inch round out of half that recipe.

Thanks for sharing. But can I use this dough recipe with pepperoni or cajun pizza? And do I need a kitchen oven? I'm asking because I currently don't have one, but I want to buy a small 12" pizza oven like this. Will it be okay? Thanks.

Sure. Make it round. It cooks like pizza. Just follow the steps. Pepperoni is ideal. High fat, low carb.
