That's the thing, all our neighbors have greener grass too, bastards!

We moved into our house 1.5 years ago, brand new house and no grass. Just can't seem to get the grass growing right. We tried some fertilizer at the end of last year and now we have alot of burn marks from the too much nitrogen (was reading aboutt his stuff, hahaha) and clovers up the ying yang. After we get our paver walkway put in, and do some landscaping, it will be time to get medieval on the lawn.

Darth: I need the GREEN hand to come & visit! :D

I'm good at growing stuff but it all dies come mid-summer! Got any fungicide tips? Or should I say Mrs. Darth!?

I would show you mine, but don't have the proper music to go with the pictures (Beverly Hillbillies theme song or tunes from Deliverance... anything with a banjo would do)

Jeffus - holy crap! Great job man!

I would love to post pix of my digs but I'm not computer savvy enough. It took me 2 months just to post an avatar.... But my set up looks similar to Darth's; with the exceptions of my grass isn't as green and my lot seems to be a little bit smaller. Oh and I don't have a hot tub! :D

Jeff, I need to put together a list of "work done", what a great read, bet it gives you a solid sense of accomplishment! (Not that walking through your house wouldn't  )
Very Impressive!

Thanks for the kind words! :D

Actually, it was extremely intimidating to actually buy this house in such a sorry state. And there's still a lot more that needs to be done.

I use that list to remind myself how far we have come whenever I feel like crying...
