Hehe - yeah, I can get a bit scattered when stressed.

I'm looking over an old quote from the local lumber yard done in September and I'd like to order from them, but I'm not gonna pay $3K for them to rip out and replace trim that I've already carefully removed. These contractors drive me crazy with how they massage the numbers. It drives me crazy that a 1/4" difference can double the price of a pair of doors that will likely have to be shimmed or planed to fit anyway. If I just order the door and DIY the installation it will knock off 1/3 off the price.
