Default Help My Wife...

Hello folks, please I need your help on this. I married my wife when she was slim and looking sexy. After given birth to our first son, the whole body statue changed to what I don't like. We have decided that she starts a weight loss program but don't know where to start from. I want to increase my length as well. I have read a lot of review about Phallosan forte. Some are too good to be true and some are too negative. I am confused. Can I expect better results with Phallosan? Anyone in the house that can suggest on where we can start? Your contributions will be highly appreciated.

Thanks

Welcome, way to jump right in a hot topic, lol.

How to bring that topic up in a "We decided" scenario? No one really wants to be overweight and I'm sure as heck not going to talk to my wife after she had a child (or more than 1) about losing weight. It might blow up (no pun intended) in your face.

Fathermia;
Read this. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/320854.php

My wife went from a size 14 to a size 8 in a year without excersize. When the excess body fat is gone, continue to eat this way, and weight management is easy.

Welcome to our community.
Cheers!

Belated welcome. Sorry, the holidays were an orgy of eating here and my wife is a damn fine cook...

With that being said, about the best thing that you can do is to be positive and not critical. This has to be on her and it's up to you to provide motivation without criticism.

Probably the best thing you can do is lead by example and do things either as a family, or even better would be to get a sitter and set up a regular schedule for you and your wife to do things together. As your child gets older you could even get a family membership to a local fitness center or YMCA that offers child care.

Eating is also a big contributor Counting caloric and nutritional intake is a good habit to get into. My wife and I like to use an app on our iPhones called "My Fitness Pal" that allows us to do that.
