It was saying that the range of motion they make you do is the problem, but I'm sure stretching is important. I've never set foot in a gym so I wouldn't know! ha ha

Went on a 4 mile walk this morning. Then took my dog for a walk around the block after I was done. THen my achilles started hurting again. So I have been nursing it all day today.

;I got hooked on Coke Zero Cherry at my families for thanksgiving. I drink 1-2 a day which is better than regular for sure but I need to cut it out. I ran out yesterday and am trying to go cold turkey on not drinking it anymore. I really need to lose some weight, I used to be so active and am not nearly as active anymore. Went to the Y for the first time since this summer and just shot some hoops, used to play every day. After air balling my first 6 or 7 shots I finally got it back but was like wow I am tired. It was kind of a wake up call. My 2 year old is running circles around me which is fun, but I want to run with him 10 years from now and not be so fat lol.

I know the feeling... I want to be here to harrass my daughter's boyrfriends when she is a teen. And play sports and do stuff with my son.
