We've been watching assorted documentaries too. Food, Inc was scary, scary stuff.
Our shopping list has changed because of that movie.

Oh how we love our netflix. We have not had cable or sat in almost 2 years now. We watch a lot of
Nat Geo Stuff,
Mythbusters
Top Gear seasons 9, 10, 11, 12
24 (need to start season 8 now)
Word World
Dora
Spongebob

Our free trial just ended ,not renewing it....mostly watched all kids movies and stuff...i just can't get past the SD....i'm an HD junkie ....if its not HD/blu-ray i really don't want to watch it

TT3: I have Food Inc. on my queue but am scared to watch it - especially since I snack when I watch movies.

I don't have time for many movies, but tend to stream docs since a lot of the streaming movies are older.

National Geographic - Guns, Germs & Steel is seven episodes and worthy if you don't want to read the book.

I have Restrepo on there, need to watch that.

Freakonomics was pretty good.

The Universe doc series.

Justified is really, really good. It's on FX, not sure about Netflix.

No, it's not on Netflix streaming, but you can get the disk for season one. They won't stream it on Hulu or their own site until a month after the season premier. Yeah, I emailed to ask. That is one truly cool show. Helped me find a whole 'nother author too.
