Keep it up Sao! Seeing and feeling the results just helps you get more motivated.

Sub 210lbs for the first time in 7 years today. Not really dieting, just watching what I eat in terms of portions and regular exercise. Weekends are tough though.

my own, It works well for me so far. They do have trainer's you can talk to, but I haven't done that yet, if I fail to see the results I might try it though

I will add I quit smoking three years ago, and I hadn't seen much difference in feeling better, but running, WOW, so that's what it feels like to not feel like you are suffocating when your done. That has been the highlight so far, even in the military and I was pretty fit, but I smoked, and again WOW, feels so much better not being a smoker anymore

Default Get fit

Hello all my name is Benny and I live in New Braunfels. I run a free fit camp here in NB, we are starting an 8 week weight loss challenge this Tuesday. It's $10 one time entry fee and we offer 3 free fit camps, tue/Thur from 6-7pm and sat from 10-11 am. If anyone is interested let me know, also I volunteer at 337 nutrition in NB. Again if anyone is interested in the challenge or nutrition let me know, I would be happy to answer any questions anyone might have. stay Motived!

Back on topic....did deadlifts and step ups yesterday morning (among other things). It was NOT fun getting on and off the crapper this AM. Ugh.

But it's a "good" hurt. lol.
