I've lost about 8lbs. unintentionally. Medication I'm on I can't have alcohol, or coffee, and it reduces my appetite. Not quite they way I was looking to shed a little baggage.

Well, I've made it two weeks on diet or "life change" or "way of eating". I attribute most of this to a mostly lower stress environment and having my wife whole-heartedly do it with me. In previous attempts, she has modified hers until we were back to eating pasta and pizza. She's really sticking to it this time, and I'm proud of her for it.

I'm almost down 10 lbs. My "carb-cravings" are no longer annoying. My blood pressure is down out of the "risk" area. I even worked-out on the elliptical at the gym for about 45 minutes (pouring sweat) the other day with no noticeable fatigue afterwards. That's a first, especially since I hadn't been to the gym in over two weeks.

So things seem to be getting better. I hope you guys are having some success, as well.

I broke out of that scale stuck in one spot rut. New med I'm on. Weight loss is typical. I think it's loss of appetite. Got to force myself to eat lately.

2 weeks later... Dropped 5 pounds. Just not hungry. Forcing myself to eat. Not looking for cookies.
On doctors orders, doubling the dose of that pill starting tonight.
I hope I can level off at my desired weight.

10 pounds in 3 weeks. New whole in my belt! A milf at Thursday school noticed my weight loss, pointed it out and I thanked her, she asked if I was well. Told her it was side effect of the new prescription medication for my condition. And I thanked her for her concern.

Ok, so only about 12 pounds so far. It was 17 until the kids got out for summer break, and the stress set-in. I've been hovering around the same weight for about 10 days now. We're both still on the program. My blood pressure was in steady decline until the kids hit summer break, so I'm going to start filling my blood pressure meds again to hit my biometric target and get our premium reduction on insurance.

A nurse practitioner prescribed them for me being, at the time, 141/90. I was a little miffed about it, so I only took them for about two weeks. I didn't see much of a difference. I'm still monitoring it but have not gotten the refill yet.

I am in trouble.
My appetite is back. I dropped 20 lbs, without even trying. I am 10 lbs from my goal.
