Although I'm home during the day, I work part time overnights, freight dept at a Home Depot store. My first couple months, I saw my gut practically disappear and I looked cut. My arms looked bigger and I felt physically stronger.
The past couple weeks, I feel like I'm losing strength. Less stamina, slower, more muscle aches, etc. how do I get that strength back? Did I hit a plateau where I need to step it up? Mainly I want to add more size and strength to my arms and legs, and just more strength regardless of appearance everywhere else. Tips?

Sound slike you hit a platuea. Your body has completed the adjustment it needed to handle your job.
Has your diet changed in this time that you've noticed the energy loss? The only way to really gain size is to weight train and diet appropriately. |

Damn! I need a trainer. I also need a cheap but effective way to increase my protein intake.

protein powder helps. Especially if you are just looking for something supplemental you can really stretch a tub out. I actually get mine from BJ's.
