leftover 2# of meatloaf smothered in ketchup
sprite
pbj w/ let, onions, hot pickled peppers, high fiber bread
last 1/2 bag of scoops and jar of black bean salsa
good sized bunch of broccoli dipped in a made box of instant pudding..chocolate..fits just right in a cereal bowl.
