The wife gets a couple 3# packages of lean ground meat, bakes it all up in a couple pans and there was a started one in the fridge, now its in mah belly.

Breakfast: OJ, Wheat Chex w/vanilla soy milk, coffee

Lunch: Banana, 1/2 wheat pita w/tuna salad (light mayo)

I did not get a chance to eat much, just one turkey, american cheese on wheat bread sandwich.

I am making white chicken chili for dinner, my first stab at chicken chili.

There is no recipe for chili. Its whatever you have in your fridge plus meat.
