Good morning, guys.

We had a light dusting of snow so, of course, school is cancelled, both remote and in-class. I'm not sure how that affects remote learning, but whatever.

Good morning,

I'm still getting used to getting up before the sun. I can't wait until May.

Good morning, dads.

Sleep seems to be getting more and more elusive these days. I'll put it down to depression and stress, but it's beginning to get irritating. Maybe it's just getting older. Are you guys getting more than four hours a night?

Good morning,

I think I typically get 5-6 a night. I catch up on the weekends. Over the break there were a couple of days where I slept until noon. I hadn't done that since high school.

Seriously, a big culprit is the phone. I need to put it up after a certain hour. The XBOX is another issue. What I need to be doing is reading in bed like my wife does every night. She is adamant that she *needs* at least 8 hours.

BTW, this time of year I usually have a room humidifier running in the bedroom 24/7. It helps the breathing at night.

I am actually taking melatonin at night so I can sleep longer. I was getting only 4 to 5 hours. Not good for my diabetes.

7 hours a night here. And I fall asleep in about 5 minutes or less. Drives the wife crazy! The Irish blessing.

The Irish blessing? Tullamore Dew?

Morning, guys. Strangely enough, I slept well last night. Maybe six hours... until my son woke me at 5am. The little booger has had to be pried-out of bed for the last couple of weeks, but this morning he decides to get up early. Sheesh!
