425 oven
Dry ingredients 2 cups flour 3 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 2 TBSP sugar Wet ingredients 3/4 cup milk 1/4 cup veg oil Mix dry ingredients Slowly add wet Knead for 2 minutes Flatten to 1/2 thick on floured board. Cut with large drinking glass at least 3" across Bake on sprayed oiled baking sheetpan for 15 minutes Should make 6. Use all dough , re-kneading As necessary. When cool, place in large ziplock bag in the fridge until needed. Cut in half and toast in toaster. Use as hamburger buns, toast in the morning, with jelly, little pizza rounds, etc.
