There's granola. I googled and found several commercial brands and plenty of recipes.
Gotta substitute Carbs for protein and fat.

FWIW Guinness is actually pretty reasonable with regards to calories at 125. One every few days isn't going to kill me. I don't do near-beer. Anything with that ridiculously low ABV is likely filled with things I don't want to put it my body.

If we're talking keto though, yeah. I'd be better off going dry and just having a cheat day every so often.

Yep. I cut out caffeine for six weeks, when my wife was trying to get pregnant. The headaches didn't completely go away for almost two weeks.

Thx. They seem to be going away, but I still feel all out of sorts. My wife continues to brew a pot every day before she leaves for work. I'm still drinking iced (green) tea with honey so I'm not exactly going cold turkey. I need to cut that out too.

Good morning, guys. Most of the keto flu has past. I just need my energy level to pick back up. That may be another week or two.

Good morning,

We're pulling for you, TwoCubs. I wish I had the discipline, but there was toast left on the table that was just calling my name. -_-

Pre-storm hysteria is in full effect. I'm all stocked up on food, I'm in the midst of doing the Saturday chores early and I'm looking forward to taking Joey sledding tomorrow.
