Default Help My Wife...

Hello folks, please I need your help on this. I married my wife when she was slim and looking sexy. After given birth to our first son, the whole body statue changed to what I don't like. We have decided that she starts a weight loss program but don't know where to start from. Anyone in the house that can suggest on where we can start? Your contributions will be highly appreciated.

Thanks

Welcome, way to jump right in a hot topic, lol.

How to bring that topic up in a "We decided" scenario? No one really wants to be overweight and I'm sure as heck not going to talk to my wife after she had a child (or more than 1) about losing weight. It might blow up (no pun intended) in your face.

Fathermia;
Read this. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/320854.php

My wife went from a size 14 to a size 8 in a year without excersize. When the excess body fat is gone, continue to eat this way, and weight management is easy.

Welcome to our community.
Cheers!
