Good morning,

I didn't sleep too good. We had some severe thunderstorms blow through about 1-2am that sounded like the Gods were sparring and the wind sounded like a freight train. My street is at the top of a hill so the downsize of having a very nice view facing southward is that we are pretty exposed. Knock on wood we haven't been hit by tornadoes in the 20 years we've lived here.

On top of that - or more like on top of ME - the cat likes to roam and perch on my wife and I in the middle of the night. We're both actually mildly allergic to her dander; we have to wash our hands after petting her because it makes our eyes all puffy.

Good morning, guys.

A spring storm ran through around 11pm last night. One of the lightning strikes was so close that the thunder was almost simultaneous with the lightning flash and shook the house like a truck ran into it. I think the cat levitated an inch off the bed, and then she promptly rolled over and went back to sleep.

Good morning,

Yeah, I forgot how violent spring weather could be - especially at night!

Flurries? We get a half of snow up here in the mountain.
Good morning. Saw a hummingbird at the feeder.
