Default Fat Head Pizza Dough--Keto Pizza

3 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella
4 Oz. Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Cup Almond flour
2 Eggs
A Dash of Italian Seasonings and Garlic Salt

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F.

This recipe should fill a rectangular baking sheet and feed 4.
All toppings, veggies and meats, should be cooked prior to topping the pizza.

Chunk the cream cheese into a microwavable bowl with the mozzarella.
Heat for about 3 minutes on half power.

Mix.

If the cheese is too stringy, microwave for another minute.
Add almond flour and egg.

Mix.

Wet hands and press the dough onto Parchment Paper to fill the baking sheet.

Cook for a total of 12-14 minutes. After about 6 minutes, remove from the oven and puncture all bubbles with a fork. You are looking for a slight browning of the top of the crust.

Cover with toppings, cheese, and marinara, if desired.
Bake for an additional 6-8 minutes or until the cheese has melted or begun to brown.
