I wonder if they've changed something with how the one and 360 interact. I was reading a promo for 1/2 price for the month if I re-up my subscription, it mentioned being able to co-op across platforms. Of course this was late at night, so who knows if I read it right.

Your Live subscription is tied to your account, not the machine. So it should work on both machines.
Also, all "free" Games for Gold on 360 are backwards compatible on the Xbox One and you'll still have access to those games even if you stop your Live subscription (360 games only) |

I was more thinking if Kwak was playing bl2 on his 360 and I was on my one if we could still co-op.

Optoma HD27 projector for the win!
I bought a projector last year to watch movies out back in the summertime, but it also works great inside for gaming. Currently using a 10 foot (on the diagonal) screen. Was planning to get an 18' foot screen but that would be outdoor only. Not sure if I can still spring for that with the whole job ending situation but we'll see. Anyway, I can run the Wii U through it for the kids or my PC for steam games. It's seriously fun, I recommend a projector for all gamers now. |

OK, serious question guys...
Are your wives okay with your "gaming" or do they just "tolerate" it? I swear, I think I've been in the doghouse ever since I bought the 360 without my wife's "permission." It also seems like every woman I talk to who has a SO with a gaming "habit" they view it as being "childish" and "distractive." I admit, it's all too easy to tune out and play for hours and I'm actually thinking of putting the XBOX up because I'm not being a good role model for Joey, who DOES play for hours on my laptop and barely looks up. He's smart enough to know the lay of the land. Still, I'm getting the feeling that there is this stigma about people who invest significant amounts of time into gaming - and I'm not talking Candy Crush here. That seems to get a pass. What do you guys think?
