Good morning,

Red skies at night, sailor's delight
Red in the morning, sailors take warning

The sky was bright crimson when I went out to get the paper, then it rained about 10 minutes later. Today at 10 I go to Justin's residence where we will likely extend his stay there another 3 months.

I just read about the concept of the "coffee nap." Sounds good to me. I like the idea of "second chances."

That was fast! Good luck with it all!

Coffee nap? Hmm, is that like getting the kids out to the bus then going back to bed for a while. It's very nice...

Yeah, Mark and his wife are my heroes. Change is hard but they have always had a good balance from my POV.

Just took a 15 minute snooze after making a lackluster cup of coffee. I have to be OTD in 45 though, so this was just a test run. So far there's still a few cobwebs but physically I feel less sluggish.

Good morning. Forked end down and takin' in nourishment, as my dad used to say. Any day this side of the dirt is a good day a coworker said.
