The weather forecast here is ominous: winter storm watch in effect from Friday 1pm to Saturday afternoon. Rain turning to freezing rain turning to sleet just after the evening commute before turning to snow, with a total of 6" forecast.

Time to hit the grocery store and get more quick melt.

Good morning. Had been hoping our youngest cough was just from the dry air. Well this morning he’s running a fever. He’s sad he can’t go to school. His older brother is mad that he doesn’t get to stay home too.

Good morning! I can't believe i can see my lawn again so soon. After 18" of snow and cold temps I figured that was it for the winter. A lot of rain and warmer temps the last 2 days cleared away most of the snow. Wow! Snow is such a waste of tax payers dollars.
