Also, now is not the best time to look into a generator. After the Halloween snow storm here about 5 years ago when we lost power in the a lot of the North East for a week or more the price gouging commenced. I had quotes from 5K to 16K. Never pulled the trigger and luckily we have not lost power for more than a few hours since. Prices here have gotten better.
What's in it for the landlord (homeowner)?
It's her house. She keeps it. It's a selling point. Its attractive to future tenants/ buyers. Market is still in slump up here. Lots of empty houses. What makes yours special? Estimate 10 years to recovery.

Good morning. Rainy day here, but itís letting me see if I missed something yesterday when I scrapped out all the gunk that was clogging our gutters.

Good morning,

Yesterday was beautiful but today is crappy. I went for a 30 mile bike ride on the Montour and Pandhandle trails south and west of the city heading out toward the West Virginia panhandle. Today I'm thinking of going to see Dead Pool II if I have the time.

Sorry Irie, I am thinking no on that strategy. Don't be dumping $$ for stuff like that into a house with a slumping market unless it is needed. I assume you are talking about a natural gas unit.

Good morning!
