Do tell. What kind of burner and where?

Hah, the exact thing I was going to reply!

I picked up an Edelmetal last year, that thing gets 10+gal boiling fast!

I'm still bummed out that InBev bought Midwest Supplies and Northern Brewer. I still have one locally owned shop to go to, anyway.

It's the Blichmann Hellfire burner. Quite the upgrade from the cheap turkey fryer I've used for the last many years. Used to take about an hour to get the water up to temp, now it takes more like 15-20 minutes. Goes through propane quicker though, but not that big a deal.

Where did I used to work? Small local brewpub, Rogues Harbor Inn/Stout Hearthed Brewing. Unfortunately in Dec 2015 the owner sold the Inn and the new owners had no desire to have a brewery on their property so they shut us down. Before I brewed there I did the tours and tastings for Ithaca Beer - that was back before they started distributing in 15 some states and built their new big brewery.
