Meetings and paperwork this week. This is why I don’t miss corporate America or government service.

I’m going away this weekend and taking my guitar project with me. I have the jig ready to go but need to order some more maple binding strips. I prefer working in the garage or driveway because there’s better light but it’s been shitty weather this week. I hate woodworking in high humidity.

I mopped the kitchen and dining room floor.
Panicked about my daughters computer. Says screen had been froze by Microsoft due to porn activity in from your IP address. !!!! Zoinks!!! Geek squad said it was the scammers way of getting you clean ALL your computers from that router. When you call that 1877# that isn't Microsoft.
I started working on the hull of my next project , the colonial Brig, Lexington from 1776, a 16 gunner.
I got a dead mouse in a trap in the garage!!! He fell for it !

Idle hands.....

Not much. Mostly cutting bulwarks for the gun ports on the Sib and gluing them in place. I cleaned yesterday.

Was vacuuming till the the vacuum quit running. The filter was clogged, per the warning lights, wash out and let dry for 24 hrs, although with this humidity maybe 48.
Stabbed my palm. Just with the tip of the pocket knife. Newsporin and band-aid, that probably won't stay on.

I finally got the bushes trimmed. I also found some wasps in them but no stings this time.

^^^
The deck looks bigger when you trim the bushes; don't it?

I went "intergalactic" last night. Up until 0415 hrs with my telescope.
In addition to Saturn, Jupiter, and a few globular clusters, I finally found M31- Andromeda Galaxy! Our closest galactic neighbor. Astrophysicists say the Milky Way is on a collision course with it. No need to panic. We are talking 20 billion years from now.
It was beautiful by the way. Quite a sight. Last time I saw it was 30 years ago.

Pippa is in Pony Club Camp at the horse farm all week.
Now I know what's like for you guys when your kiddies go to school. I'm so bored. Nobody to talk to. Just me and Astrodog and the radio. We cut the cable.
I promised to take it easy, as I'm alone. Stay hydrated, take my meds. Wife texting me every hour. Told me I had to answer, or she's sending the neighbors.
I vacuumed downstairs, worked on my latest ship, did a load of clothes.
