Good morning,

I have a question for you guys. Do you keep a journal of any kind, especially a bullet journal? I've been trying to keep one going. It's really helping me to organize my thoughts.

My follow through OTOH... let's just say it's at the top of my list! ;o)

I keep a "when you were __ yrs old." Every year, on her birthday, I reflect on the fun times, funny sh#t from last year.
I keep a "S" journal. What type, when, what was I doing, possible trigger.
I tried to keep a daily/weekly journal. Started repeating myself. I'm pretty boring.
You know what I did do?
Words of wisdom- I put them on a 3X5 card and put them in a file box. Important stuff. Like always split Aces and 8's.

Good (barely) Sunday morning.

Wife and I went to a fundraiser last night at a local library near a friend’s house. There’s always a bunch of raffles which the wives all love to enter along with food and lots and lots of wine. We didn’t win but hey, it’s a night out and a perfect reason to sleep in.

I’m stoked because my follow up appointment with the orthopedic surgeon is tomorrow. My arm is still sore but I’m hoping the fracture has knitted enough that I can start to rehab my arm. The dressing and splint are uncomfortable and I’ve been cheating by taking it off for the last few days. The arm feels pretty weak and still has reduced range of motion but it still operates without pain if I don’t twist it far or put weight on it.

Joey was upset that he couldn’t come with though. We’re concerned that an 11yo is being so needy. He whined all day and was basically being dramatic that upset his mom.

Good morning.

Off to the orthopedic surgeon today for a follow up appointment. Iím hoping the X-ray shows that I can ditch the splint.
