To quote an old album of a favorite local musician" "Good Day No Rain."

When the sun is overhead I'll be back in the driveway painting a couple more doors from upstairs. It's been a slow process changing the door and trim color scheme from beige and gold hardware to gloss white and brushed nickle hardware. These are the last two doors.

Meanwhile, after I've rehung the doors after they've had a chance to dry I'm hoping to get some time in to work on my guitar building hobby. I bought a small router table and flush cut router bit that I'm hoping to put to good use. I used the latter in a laminate trimmer to inlay the hinges in a couple of new doors and realized that along with a miter box and a chop saw a router table is a must-have tool to have for detail work.

Took my son to have his 4 wisdom teeth removed this morning. (The tale of two kids. My daughter had hers taken out 2 weeks ago and she was in drama agony for 4-5 days. My son has hardy slept and just wants to eat. after an hour or two of post surgery grogginess he has been fine. He is gaming with his buds in the family cave right now. Wants to go to the park and play basketball. He is a beast.) I also did the usual shopping, two loads of wash and mowed the lawn.

Update! My son is going to hit golf balls instead of playing basketball. Unreal.

Wow. It took me a day to recuperate. It wasnít the extraction so much as coming back down off the anesthesia. It was a cool trip but getting off that psychedelic ride was more than my stomach or head could handle. Iím so glad I didnít take the pain pills they prescribed.

I painted two interior doors, replaced gold door hardware with brushed nickel hardware, trimmed and mowed the lawn and worked on making molds for my next guitar build.

Today is not going to be as fruitful. Wife is working from home and itís raining. I may try to continue painting the trim around the doors but will have to be quiet about it.

I spent the day at Stem co-op. Hanging out with the mommies.
I rigged the main mast. So mizzen and main are done. Next is fore mast.
