We'll be in Florida. Should be fun and warm.

It's to give the wineries business during slow times of the year. Helps clear out some of the 2015 vintage before the 2016 is ready to be released. It's a great time though, and it's good to get out after being coop'd up most of the year.

My wife is heading to sunny old England for work next week. It was kind of last minute and I'm jealous for no good reason.

He's just now sort of getting in to the scouting thing. Been doing it since October or so and it has been highs and lows with him. We just got something in the mail the other day about a ton of summer camp stuff, but he didn't express too much interest, except when he saw the picture of the kid doing archery.
The MOST is the museum of science and technology in downtown Syracuse. http://www.most.org/

I am not a ride guy, especially roller coasters. I have to say the 3d/4d things at universal are pretty awesome.
We're off to coco beach and NASA tomorrow.

Good morning. Another darn snow event ruining our plans... But hey, we got pancakes!

The wife and I are supposed to go to a St. Patty's Day party a coworker is having today. We went a couple of years ago and it was pretty nice. Lots of people, food and drink! We leave out kids home.

That looks cool. Like a super amped up version of the Science Center we have here. We'll have to take a trip to check it out. A couple summers ago we went up to Rochester to the Museum of Play. I think I liked it almost as much as the kids did - lots of nostalgic early 80's toys and video games.

Despite the lousy weather it was a nice Mothers day weekend here. In laws arrived Friday night. A little shopping earlier on Saturday followed by Mass and dinner out on Saturday evening. On Sunday I made a pancake and bacon breakfast that my wife requested. Finally found a good gluten free pancake mix! Finished the visit with surf and turf on the grill. King crab legs, BBQ'ed shrimp and grilled veggies. All caped off by an awesome beef tenderloin I picked up at Costco. Did my usual and favorite lemon pepper seasoning rub of the steaks. Best I ever made. Baked potatoes and creamed spinach were the sides. Leftovers for dinner!!

Nothing special going on here Saturday or Sunday. Hope to catch the parade in town. They have a few flyovers. As for Memorial day on Monday, a relative of my wife thought it wise to have a wedding that day. The grooms family is from out of state! Have fun flying and or driving through NYC or Long Island on a holiday weekend! The wife and I are just going to the reception in Brooklyn. Without traffic it is a little over 2 hours. Plan to bolt into traffic as soon as they cut the cake.
