Remington lives near Bangor... Seeing I am from IL I have no clue on distances.

from where I am in Lewiston/Auburn it is about a hundred miles to Bangor. I am quite famaliar on that trip as that is where I go to pick up my daughter for visits. From me to Portland is about 45 minutes to an hour depending on how you drive.
