Yeah, it's doable. Dadstock, urban style. I like it!

Been so long since I've been in NYC I have no ideas what to do. Any thoughts?

Summer might be rougher than I thought. Wife's having shoulder surgery the 18th, and for the surgery she's having, pain could last as lOng as six months after. Might need to see how things are in the fall or even next spring, so the weather's ok for walking. Other than the train in and out, I don't know that my budget will allow for transportation costs.

As always, the money's still tight, but any Jersey dads possibly up for anything during the summer? I desperately need some male bonding time, and even if it's down the line sometime, it would help to know it's coming.

PS, got a gig this Friday.

I got free time 9am to 115p m-f while my lil princess is in camp all summer long. Still got house hold chores to do, but plan to be fishing the Rockaway river. Grab a pole and join me?

Sounds good. I'll have to get a pole (I suppose being a quarter Polish doesn't count). Hopefully the Mrs doesn't wind up with extended year school.

If you guys decide something let me know. I have friends/family still in NJ and PA not far from the border so can make it a combined trip.

Sounds good. I could go for the fishing. Also still possibly up for a day trip into NYC or Philly.
