Good Morning!
Just wanted a way to say good morning or hey to whoever was on the board when I finished chores in the morning.
So good morning Captain Tuttle, feedthemachine, Kwak, and Mark B. |
Good Morining Sao.

Good morning 2 cubs and fellas ,,getting the kids off to the bus for the first time this year
|
Good morning to you as well Twocubs. 5:45 AM is standard issue rise and shine time during the school year. Way easier now that the kids have grown up a bit. Don't envy y'all with toddlers.
|
Mine is 4:30 to 5:30am. Just depends on how tired or motivated I am. My schedule is pretty much...
1. Get-up and clear the sink if not done the night before. 2. Make coffee. 3. Mix half a gallon of formula. 4. Setup the first bottles. 5. Enjoy a cup of coffee and see what's new on the board. 6. If it's early enough and the weather is good, I sit out on the patio and enjoy my coffee and some quiet. 7. Watch the weather. 8. Wake up my wife, if she is not in the shower already. I think she would sleep until nine if I let her. I can't seem to sleep past 5:30am no matter how hard I try. 9. Wake the kids one by one if I'm lucky and begin the madness of the day. Not too exciting. So good morning again and good to shoot the stuff with you guys. |
Thankfully for the past 3 years I don't get up before 7. You guys suck. lol Nowadays my alarm is set for 7:10. Get lunches made and boys off to school. Just got back from the bus stop. I prefer staying up a bit at night. No 9pm bed time for me.
|
On running days, I'm up at 3:55am. Today is not a running day, so I just rolled out of bed.. :eusa_shhh::busy:

Good morning. One more week to go because our school district is bass ackwards. No school until after labor day - even the special needs school that we send Justin to.
My day started at 6:45 but for some reason I woke up at 3:45 and couldn't get back to sleep for an hour. I sleep in Justin's room so when he woke up he started his autistic demands and he gets physical with me if I don't comply immediately. Meanwhile I'm letting his little brother sleep in because the two of them don't get along well. FWIW I actually got a quick shower and managed to get coffee going. I have no idea how the rest of the day will go since they're calling for t-storms later so we'll be stuck inside. I don't think I'm going to take them anywhere based on yesterday's many fiascos in the van and community. If they're good I'll probably go to Michael's and/or the grocery store for about an hour. *sigh* I miss when they'd nap - or even slow down. Now the wheels come off their wagons after lunch and I turn into a combination of lion tamer and referee. |
Nice quiet way to start the day Twocubs. I would clear the kitchen and make the bottles the night before back in the day. I HAVE to start the day with a shower. It is my coffee that I don't drink.

Morning, Gents.
Kids are off to school, and I'm looking at a few solid hours of housecleaning. Tomorrow I'm making five gallons of tomato sauce to keep in my beig freezer. Should last us until at least spring. I go back to my part time job next week after taking the summer off. Life Is Good. |
Good Morning to you all!

Hey, at least I responded. |
Somehow Justin and I slept in until 8AM. The day has gone downhill from there though but there's no sense complaining. I'm looking forward to popping open a Third Shift at 8:30PM.

I feel for you though. Everyone deals with depression or "blues" in their own way, I just don't appear to deal with it with your "methods". P.S. Now I see why you don't go to the pool unless its 90 degrees. :eusa_think: |

As for blues/depression. Well, I don't have any. I'm happy go lucky baby. So I don't know what my methods would be to deal with it. If I had to guess I'd say sex. It cures all. Sorry you don't use my methods. :eusa_naughty: |
HF, learn to read. I don't know what kind of splash you are into.
B-vitamin Stress complex. Its a tablet. :eusa_doh: |
BTW, good morning HF, you southern-fried maple leaf.

Grants got the cold now this morning ,,he's very unpleasant when he's sick |
Good morinin' gents.:busy: Not sure why, but I've been waking-up late the last few mornings. I've been missing my quiet time.
|
Our youngest decided to start his day around 4 in the morning. He's been babbling non-stop since. My wife and I have been trading dealing with him for a few minutes, hand him off, get a few of sleep, repeat. Don't know why she volunteered to do that since she went to bed really late last night. Oh well, maybe I'll get lucky and he'll nap more than his normal cat naps today.
