Good morning, guys.
The melatonin is an "as needed" thing for me. Maybe twice a week. I'm not fond of drugs that aren't fun. I, too, am on 3 different BP meds that don't seem to bring my BP down more than 10 points. I hate taking pills, but here I am. Cholesterols med, too. This is probably more of a pub thread. I want to cuss.

Good morning.
I don't trust my doctor. He's not 100% wrong but I have long gotten the sense that medicine is more of a business than a service and that ain't right IMO.

Good morning, dads.
Yeah, I'm considering change to an actual small practice doc as opposed to the larger, corporate, hospital affiliated nurse practitioner that I currently have. Of course, the guy could be useless. Who knows?

Good morning.
I hope you guys enjoy your weekend. I'm contemplating on stepping out for some air and getting a couple miles in either on a walk or bicycle ride. I need to make it a habit.

Good morning fellas. I have gotten into a habit of either doing a walk or elliptical in the morning and a Peleton session late afternoon 3-4 days a week for a couple of weeks now.
On a more important note, the boy is coming home from college for Christmas today. Woo Hoo!

^ Cool. We're thinking about getting a Pelaton too. Where'd you put it? I'm guessing not the college boy's room?
LOL, j/k - I know you're not like that and that the kiddo will be welcomed home with open arms. I've been looking at the Wahoo Kicker instead so that I could use my regular bicycle since I'm used to its geometry and gearing ratios. It's also quasi-portable. We only have about 2000 sq ft to work with. I also like the idea of using the big screen TV as opposed to a monitor. PS: they should really go VR with these things too IMO. Stationary riding is boooooring.

I mentioned a couple of years ago I finished an area in the basement that is roughly 13' x 13'. I have a Peleton, a Norditrac elliptical, a Bowflex weight machine and various free weights there. I am really pleased with the way it came out and it and the room gets a lot of use. I did everything but drywall and spackeling.

Some of you mentioned trouble getting to sleep earlier in this thread. I am blessed. If I am up 5-10 minutes after hitting the pillow it is a long time. I did see this article and thought I would share. I do not think I saw this sleeping tip here earlier. Interesting.

Good morning, guys.
I hear that a good work-out with the wife after the kids go to bed is good for relaxing the body and mind, though I haven't been able to convince her.
