After a good diet day, I splurged on peirogies w/bacon and a salad tonight. I didn't eat as much as I wanted to, but it was goooooood.

Lackluster breakfast fueled with three donuts and coffee that my wife brought home (she hasn't bought into my 'eating healthy' mantra yet and I have low willpower). The rest of the day was saved with a chef salad for lunch and some chicken tacos for dinner.

Yesterday, or was it Monday I had an avacado, bacon and fried egg. Yup, fried that egg right in the bacon grease. Boooya! Mmmmmm....
