in a past life while working as a cook I used to make MUSGO Soup as a special, recipe as follws, everything in walkin that MUST GO! add water cook for a few hours, used to sell out of it every time I made it, never the same twice

After a good diet day, I splurged on peirogies w/bacon and a salad tonight. I didn't eat as much as I wanted to, but it was goooooood.

Lackluster breakfast fueled with three donuts and coffee that my wife brought home (she hasn't bought into my 'eating healthy' mantra yet and I have low willpower). The rest of the day was saved with a chef salad for lunch and some chicken tacos for dinner.
