Good morning.

Whose wife and kids have today off? Mine took Friday off but because of COVID my 14 year old is off until Wednesday.

Good morning, guys. Last week was a busy week. This week looks to be the same. I've finally gotten my parents to take some serious steps to finish moving and selling their house in town.

Good morning. I hear you on that. I've got to get moving on things here as well. Where are they going to live?

Good morning. They've had a "cabin" on some land about 45 minutes away from us for about 20 years. Covid finally pushed them to move out of the city.

Morning, guys. A cabin in name only. It was an old hunting shack that they fixed-up over the course of many years with cull lumber and big box store clearance items. So... on the cheap. Lots of maintenance. I wish they would build something new that is low maintenance.

I see. Has it been appraised lately? The equity might be enough for seed money for a condo. I know that my wife was considering that for my mom at one time. We would have been her landlord.
