Good morning.

Sorry to hear about the headache. Do you get eye strain?

We haven't really talked about Christmas but we're due new phones and I hear the iPhone 13 is going to be in high demand. I could use one with a bigger screen - or get Lasik surgery.

Good morning, guys.

Could be some eye-strain. Perhaps, more of it is the low-pressure system that crawled through the area for the last few days.

Halloween was good. We went to the town center for their "fall fest". The kids had fun, or at least we had no meltdowns. Overall, good.

Good morning,

Apparently Joe is having fall break part 1 this week. Friday was report card day and today and tomorrow are "professional development" days for the teachers.

I took the opportunity to sleep in until 7. I so lazy.

Added benefit of moving out of NY, I woke up the day after Halloween with no hangover, lol.

Last few days of sunny and high 60's before a cold spell, Thursday we might not exceed 50 degrees, brrrrr.

Clearly you're not doing Halloween right, then! The dads in my neighborhood were all taking snorts of single malt whiskey. ;o)

Seriously, Halloween means little to nothing to me now that the kids are too old to trick or treat. It doesn't help that the turnout has been less and less every year.

50s-70s are my comfort zone. I just came back from a nice brisk morning walk with bright blue skies and golden maple leaves crunching under my feet. All that's missing is the hot tub on the deck.

Good morning, guys.

Hot tub on the deck... Pht! I wish. Yeah, I like me some 50's and 40's, just nothing much colder. We've had a lot of light rain lately, so the outdoors is a sloppy mess. I'm hoping to do a little hiking through my parent's property if we can get a good spell of dry days.

Good morning.

There's frost of the pumpkin this morning. We're also getting a new garage door put in today.

Morning, guys.

We're right on the edge of frost. The temperature is actually supposed to drop another degree or two in the next hour or so. I think that I'm actually looking forward to Thanksgiving and the holidays this year. Just the opportunity for something normal.

Morning, guys.

I've got a few home projects to work-on thanks to holes that are being stimmed into the walls of my son's room. Some sheet rock will be removed and replaced with plywood, while the lower three feet will be covered with wainscoting.

Looking forward to getting back to 70 degrees today. No frost yet but it's been chilly the past 4 or 5 days. But it has been mostly sunny which is something we did not see a lot of in NY during the late fall into winter months.
