Default Lunch Call!

Ok, what did you stuff down your gullet today for lunch?

Here it was 12oz Tuna mixed with chopped green olives and salsa.

Bow tie pasta mix from Schwanns mixed with lima beans and topped with pan seared salmon.

I bought the lima beans because my oldest son wanted to try them. Of course he hated them. It had been a while since I had lima beans and they were not half bad.

Bow tie pasta had no sauce, mixed with peas, carrots and red peppers, very low fat, not much on taste, filled me up though.

I had to chase it with a few pieces of chocolate
I love peace and quiet!

leftover grilled chicken/spinach/asiago sausages from last night (from Sam's, highly recommend) with a dollop of CTDon's spicy mustard. And a mixed green salad with light blue cheese dressing and the stalest croutons imaginable.
