Default Aussie toaster bisquits

425 oven

Dry ingredients
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 TBSP sugar

Wet ingredients
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup veg oil

Mix dry ingredients
Slowly add wet
Knead for 2 minutes
Flatten to 1/2 thick on floured board.
Cut with large drinking glass at least 3" across
Bake on sprayed oiled baking sheetpan for 15 minutes
Should make 6. Use all dough , re-kneading As necessary.
When cool, place in large ziplock bag in the fridge until needed.
Cut in half and toast in toaster. Use as hamburger buns, toast in the morning, with jelly, little pizza rounds, etc.
Be careful who you trust.
Salt and Sugar look the same.

Cool, thanks. I might have to try these soon. I've been on a bit of a baking kick.
